FAQ


Hours of Operation:

Addison & James is open Monday-Friday from 9am-2pm, however orders on our site can be placed 24/7. Please allow 24 hours for all email inquires. 

Returns & Exchanges:

I gladly accept exchanges. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@addisonandjames.com. Once we receive the item back we will issue you a store credit with the dollar amount in which the item was purchased for. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I do not accept returns or cancellations. If you have any problems with your order please contact me at info@addisonandjames.com

Processing Time:

Normal processing time is 1-2 weeks unless the item purchased was a pre-order. In general pre-order turnaround is 3-4 weeks. Please see individual listing for more details. 

Estimated Shipping Times:

3-5 Business days. I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery item will depend on the shipping method you choose. We currently only ship to North America.

Addison & James is not responsible for lost packages once the package is in the hands of USPS. We will try to help track the lost package but will not be able to refund due to the lost package.

Returns & Exchanges:

I gladly accept exchanges. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. 

Discounts & Store Credits:

Any discount codes must be used at checkout in order to be valid. I cannot add on a discount code once your order has processed.
